Energy Healing
The benefits of energy healing apply to all stages of life and various situations. Whether it's dealing with daily challenges, overcoming emotional difficulties, improving physical health, or simply nurturing a deep connection with oneself, energy healing offers valuable support.
Also, it is a powerful tool for releasing past traumas and blockages that may be contributing to current challenges, allowing us to move forward with greater ease and freedom.
With healing, we can let go of the past, find clarity in the present, and embrace a future filled with hope and possibility.
The healer acts as a conduit by transferring the universal energy to the patient, promoting self-healing and a renewed sense of well-being and peace. Healing has a remarkable ability to flow effortlessly to the places within us that need it most, intuitively addressing our physical, emotional, and spiritual needs with grace and precision.
This holistic approach is natural, non-invasive, and does not require any particular religious belief, only an open mind.
Healing does not interfere in any shape or form with conventional treatments (allopathic medicine for instance)
Healing is a complementary therapy but it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatments from medical professionals.
What happens during a healing session?
Lydie works with her hands at close proximity to a patient’s body, with only a gentle touch on the shoulders and feet in order to connect with their energies. A patient can lie down or, if they prefer, they can be seated during the healing session.
A patient may feel the following during a healing session:
Warmth, coolness, tingling sensations, pressure, the urge to yawn even cough.
A sensation of being in a cotton ball or floating can be another experience.
A great sense of relaxation and peace is often described by patients after a healing session.
Many people report feeling more grounded, centered, and energised after a session. Some people also report improvements in physical symptoms, such as pain or fatigue, while others may experience a greater sense of emotional clarity or spiritual connection. With regular energy healing sessions, many people find that they are able to cultivate a greater sense of resilience, balance, and harmony in their lives.
Lydie has helped people with their overall well-being, including supporting women during their pregnancy. She has also helped individuals dealing with insomnia, chronic illnesses, anxiety, migraines, addiction, physical and emotional pain, and grief to name but a few.
Lydie’s approach
As a real empath, Lydie works on feelings using her intuition and the energies around her and her patient. Each healing session is different from the previous one and a unique experience (for both Lydie and the patient).
Lydie creates a safe space where she invites a patient to share their concerns and she can then tailor a session according to her patient’s needs. Lydie channels universal energies and acts as a conduit to deliver healing which allows a patient to explore what may be happening in their mind, body and spirit. Through the process, they may gain clarity or see a situation from a different perspective as a healing session is a safe environment for the mind to unlock and release unwelcome thoughts or energies.
When Lydie attunes to the source of unconditional love, wisdom and peace, patients may feel the desire to talk and share their experiences, whilst others may prefer to remain silent, enjoying the sensations in their bodies. Lydie encourages patients to be themselves and to follow what feels right to them during a session.
With her intuitive guidance, Lydie helps individuals recognise how the body often serves as a voice for our emotional state, expressing what words alone cannot. She skillfully assists in releasing emotional and physical imbalances, fostering a profound journey of healing and well-being.
A short guided meditation will be offered as well at the beginning of the session, to help relax and fully enjoy the healing.
As healing has no boundaries of time or distance, sessions can be conducted online or distantly.
In-person face-to-face sessions are also available.
